Began at Ion Art as a Project Director, primarily managing Kendra Scott, Ion’s largest account. This included management of the design, development, production and installation of custom signage, store fixtures and art fabrication for around 17 stores annually. Kendra Scott is a high demand client with ambitious annual goals that require flexibility and special accommodations. The 2018 run of stores included the opening on their flagship store on South Congress in Austin, TX. In August of 2019, was promoted to Production Art Director with a specific goal to improve the quality of Art Department processes to in turn, improve downstream quality of design and fabrication. In addition to process improvement, I am partnering with leadership to strategically re-focus Ion Art towards custom art design and installation, with less focus on signage. As a director, represent the PCM organization in several city committees, organizations and neighborhood associations related to Washington Park venues. As Facilities lead, responsibilities include capital project management which involves budgeting, planning, land or building development design, building and/or environment permitting, safety compliance and project execution. As Exhibits lead, responsibilities include project planning, design, fabrication and installation of exhibits and interactive museum experiences. General duties include oversight of 7 design and facilities staff members; including performance reviews, employee development and disciplinary processes. Responsible for developing Facilities and Exhibits strategic operations plan; including total operations budget and project installation timelines. Responsible for writing grants relative to capital museum development projects and annual funding.

Triptych Designs provided a “one-stop shop” experience for exhibit design and implementation. As the owner, responsibilities included project management of exhibit installations for clients from inception to implementation. As the primary contractor for an exhibit installation duties included oversight of contract negotiation, project plan and design, exhibit fabrication, exhibit installation and post implementation support. Responsible for day-to-day administrative operations including sales and marketing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sub-contractor management and payroll. Key customers included the Museum of Contemporary Art, Denver Arts and Venues and the Denver Public Library.

Responsible for departmental budgets, supervision of Exhibit Department staff and acted as Project Manager for exhibit installation projects. As an intern with The Marks Design Group, responsible for creating and red lining construction documents, conducting site checks during construction and perform space planning for several large scale commercial projects. Acted as lead interior designer on two 200,000 square foot commercial projects.
