In this role I work directly with 911 agencies to keep them informed about performance metrics and data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. I also serve as a point-of-contact for agencies for basically any non-sales-related issues they may have and ensure they get the resources they need from PDC or for general guidance.

In this role I remotely access emergency calls for clients and score them for compliance to IAED protocols and provide documentation based on my assessment.

I travel to agencies throughout the U.S. and work as a point of contact for Priority Dispatch Corporation to implement emergency dispatch protocols. My responsibilities include assisting agencies with the practical installation/updating of software, crafting policies for call handling and providing guidance for training and quality assurance.

We provide high quality training to 911 professionals to help them better handle the unique stressors of the job and the tools to succeed in their careers. This is achieved by not only equipping them to help themselves, but also to help callers in need of assistance who may need special care.

I will be responsible for creating and maintaining communication with our clients and partners to ensure that their needs are being met and that we remain in a position to provide services that are needed. I will also continue to leverage my position as an instructor to revise and develop training initiatives to better serve the needs of our ever-changing.

I manage a team of 2 QA Specialists in conducting case review for compliance to IAED and in-house policies. We work together to conduct training on a regular basis for new hires and for veteran staff, as needed, to address changes in procedure and protocol. In this role I also work as a liaison for the agency with our member agencies to ensure continuity.

In this role I was primarily responsible for scoring calls for compliance to IAED and in-house protocols on a structured basis. Aside from that I handled the follow-up training and consultation for those calls as needed and worked with the training department to help onboard new hires and conduct training for staff on updates to policy as needed.

Charleston, South Carolina Area

In this role I processed incoming emergent and non-emergent calls as well as dispatching calls for EMS/Fire personnel and managing communications for those incidents. I also assisted the training department with onboarding new hires and assisting with retraining staff when needed. We primarily processed calls used IAED protocols, but there were times when.
