Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. • Keeping records of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints. Coordinating with different courier partners, to get an update on the delivery status. Arranged resolution of customer support issues that can’t be resolved by the first time support. • Inspect and test UAV technologies, components and assemblies.• Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults.
