Passion for finding solutions for the problems, utilizing latest technology and leading people with hands-on attitude.Leadership and strategic experience from different management teams as well as a team leader in cross-functional teams.Some highlights of my experience:Succesfull ERP implementation project for car leasing business: I had overall responsibility of business transformation and implementation of new ERP system in Finland, resulting new ERP and several new integrated applications as well as new data platform for reporting and analytics. Project was delivered succesfully without major disruptions to everyday business. The key for success was carefully planned change management and close involvement of business experts and technical experts. Also lots of learnings gained (dos and don'ts!).Artificial Intelligence Strategy and leading of AI pilot projects for airline operations: I was responsible for leading several AI projects covering airline disruption prediction, predictive aircraft maintenance, resource optimization etc. Worked closely with internal data science teams as well as talented partners. Acted also as an ambassador for utilizing data with help of AI within different stakeholder groups.Aircraft maintenance digitalization: 90-years history of running maintenance on paper started the journey towards digital age. I was responsible for the project of developing mobile applications for maintenance personnel. 300+ employees started to use smartphones for work allocation, working instructions and real-time reporting. Ingredients of successful project were succesful change mangement, close collaboration with authorities (flight safety first!) and personnel with service design mindset. Project got lots of international as well as internal attention, being one of the first maintenance digitalization initiatives in airline operations. This project also initiated further digitalization project in flight operations and ground operations.
