The teacher before me became a to-be famed artist leaving mid-year. The program had no structure or curriculum during the end of his stint. I created a curriculum spanning from Graphic Design I, II, III, & Practicum. The curriculum builds intrinsic motivational skills and helps students develop much-needed time management and self-discipline skills. My programs build beginner design basics to advanced design philosophy. The best part is that most of the time...they don't even realize that I am teaching them these principles. I use a project-based learning system to teach design principles. I actively listen to my students to pair their interests with project ideas to create a fully customizable approach that is tailored to each student individually. By the end of Practicum, the students have job experience, a real portfolio fully created and customized, and interview skills.I also teach PAAVTC (Principles of Art, Audio/Video, Technology, and Computers). The class is built to a similar pattern as my design classes.And lastly, I teach Counseling and Mental Health. That program should be essential for any creative field worker to take due to how many creatives suffer from substance abuse, lack of discipline, or ability to self-help mental statuses. I love what I do and I'm good at it. If you want me to work with you, you have to prove that your vision is worth my time.

This is my solo music project. This project is where I collab with other artists in content creation, create contacts and networks to help build additional revenue streams for all other existing projects.

I never stop working. I am a full-time musician with the band Gnarly Growth. We are an original band with a sound ranging in funk, blues, & rock. I am a content creator/lead vocalist/networking machine (start calling me the Hardest Working Man in Showbiz Jr.). My goal is to continue to meet connect and collaborate with many artists to create an abundance for myself, my band, my communities.

Establish brand identities and standardized aesthetics for companies through consistent integration of feedback and communication. Construct impactful designs through extensive research of client’s user profiles and company vision. Create user-friendly documentation and self-service tools for clients to perform maintenance and follow-up tasks. Maintains up to date knowledge of new design patterns and standards to create high-quality, effective products.For the last eight years I have rebranded and established clear branding guidelines for a number of companies. Companies in the field of: medical, tech, digital, print, education, real estate, news, athletics, religion, associations, non-profit, local business, entertainment (film, dance, and music production), government, apparel, outdoor aquatics and camping, fitness, and painting/construction. I have also created advertisement both in the print and digital markets, such as: trade show banners, signage, billboards, social media posts, book covers and ads, social media graphics, e-mail templates, web announcements, company brochures, etc.

Eastside Community Church is a church planted by Wells Branch Community church. While with Wells Branch, I trained among the Art Director and Team Leads to prepare myself to join the church plant efforts in establishing a community based church in East Austin. We launched in January of 2017. My roles have been to create a a brand for the new church and a consistent style. I am in the process of building a design team for the church.

Responsible for all outgoing messaging and public facing imagery. Created a streamlined process for producing recurring marketing content, such as internal on-boarding, branding guidelines, and infographics for company blog and social media. Combined practical application with design aesthetics to produce marketable content.

Manage weekly designs for more than 100 weekly newspapers located in the greater Boston area within a team structure. Facilitate communication between team members and editors to maintain style consistency, stay within budget and resolve errors. Pro-actively engage with other teams and take initiative for time-sensitive tasks to meet or exceed project deadlines

Created a weekly e-mailer template and design style guide to facilitate unified design. Responsible for the final approval of all design for The Well.

Created and implemented a preprint process checklist to increase accuracy and quality from designer to printer. Vectorized logos, decals and signage for print marketing using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
