Following college Keith worked for Texas Commerce Bank as a member of that organization’s internal planning division. In 1977 he joined the consulting ranks where for the next twenty years he provided technical expertise in the field of risk management to banks all across the country. It was in 1997 that Keith’s focus shifted to organizational management and health, leadership and staff motivation and development.Throughout his career Keith has served on numerous non-profit and governmental boards. Currently he a member of the Board and Past Chairman of the Bexar Appraisal District as well as a member of the executive committee of the Advisory Board for the Banking Program at the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M. He is also a former Vestryman of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in San Antonio. He and his wife Sandy have been married for almost forty years. They have three daughters, one son, six grandsons and three granddaughters. He is the author of the widely read weekly e-letter, Monday Morning Musings, a highly regarded speaker and guest lecturer as well as a member of the faculty at the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU where he teaches senior level classes in strategic planning and leadership.Specialties: Keith's principal areas of concentration today include: Performance Improvement, Corporate Visioning (Strategic Planning), Corporate Governance, Management Succession, Leadership, Staff Development and Motivation, Customer Service and Retention and Team Building.
