Collect and analyze community profile data and compile community profile reports. Conduct literature searches and assemble literature for review and analysis. Responsible for developing and branding campaign message through internet and social media marketing. Also responsible for ensuring media coverage for campaign events, this includes writing press releases and developing contacts within the media.

• Developing the branding and messaging for first Annual Raise the Roof 5K Walk/Run event. • Write press releases for Habitat for Humanity and Habitat YP stories.• Manage media relationships, volunteers and speakers.• Research and solicit new media contacts and sponsors for designated events throughout the Cincinnati area. • Update Habitat YP website communications, HYPE (CinWeekly)• Manage and direct Public Relations Committee Team.

• Managed and directed a three hour morning newscast technical team of 20 members.• Edited shows and commercials as they came down satellite feeds.• Managed a fast-paced television operations center to ensure all stories and live coverage met requirements.

• Coordinated with producers daily to ensure that we were working together to consistently brand and market our product to our key demographics.• Managed and directed a 20 member technical crew during a four hour morning newscast and one hour midday newscast• Coordinated and managed the breaking news segments and technical issues on a daily basis. Time management was a key to this position, as well as the ability to multitask on a daily basis.

• Participated in daily content meetings with producers and News Director. In these meetings we determined what was needed to make our product the best in our market.• Wrote and determined content for weekly and daily sports shows.• Directed and co-produced a two hour morning newscast and a half hour midday newscast. This position required that I make sure the show went on as planned while also keeping the show on time, and making sure that the crew knew where they should be at all times. • Coordinated the shooting and editing of the stories for the midday newscast on a daily basis. Field work, such as photography taught me invaluable people skills, problem solving skills, ingenuity and persistence.
