• Created four different business concepts from 3 cafes to an eCommerce platform that employ over 50 people.
• Lead product design and development for all concepts. This includes developing ice cream flavors, working with vendors to create product lines for an online retail platform, and finding the best way to tell the story.

• Wrote an award winning pop-up placemaking tool kit published by AARP and distributed to over 1,000 organizations.
• Created a global design and fabrication competition to design a new standard for bike lane delineators in partnership with Ford Motor Company.

• Collected and documented qualitative and quantitative data metrics to determine design and policy choices for city governments.
• Worked with more than 30 cities across the United States to test innovative design and policy solutions.
