• Provided customer support for Member banking institutions, developers, and non-profit agencies developing housing and community development projects utilizing our Affordable Housing Program as well as other funding programs. • Primary responsibilities included construction financing analysis, operating pro forma analysis, review of legal and financial documents in order to ensure project compatibility with the Affordable Housing Program, Welcome Home Program, and other FHLBank sponsored initiatives, review and approval of funding disbursements upon project completion, and other real estate finance related analysis.• Created and managed an online application and scoring system for the competitive funding rounds of the Affordable Housing Program. • Maintained and studied a wide breadth of funding sources and programs for both traditional and non-traditional real estate developments in order to competently evaluate project proposals.
