During my time with the MLB, I promoted through a series of roles with increased scope and responsibility in Client Services, advancing from Account Specialist, Manager, Senior Manager, and Director, ultimately serving as Senior Director of Account Services.In my most recent role, I directed a dynamic Account Services Group; Spearheaded client/account services operations and ensured a leadership staff of competent, proactive professionals. I effectively managed 50% of national sponsor roster. I created strong community and client relations with agents, players, and MLBPA to optimize advertisement campaigns and platforms. I frequently assessed campaign effectiveness (via Nielsen, Scarborough, Fans at Bat, and Google Analysis) to highlight areas of improvement. I routinely maintained contractual relationships with key clients (Apple, Gatorade, The Hartford, and T-Mobile) to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. I also served as primary contact for corporate brands, sports marketing agencies and C-level executives. Moreover, I equipped all 30 clubs with innovative technology using Apple iPads in dugouts and bullpens.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS FROM THIS ROLE INCLUDE:★ Built strong corporate partnerships with top brands such as Chevrolet, Gatorade, Scotts, SiriusXM, The Hartford, T-Mobile and YouTube TV. ★ Successfully project managed Scotts Field Refurbishment Grant and T-Mobile Home Runs for Hurricane Relief Programs. Led the charge in first ever presenting sponsorship of the World Series presented by YouTube TV.★ Assisted in creation and implementation of new assets such as Batter’s Eye EVI, All-Star Red-Carpet Show, All-Star Block Party, and All-Star Music Series. Equipped all 30 clubs with innovative technology using Apple Ipads in dugouts/bullpens.★ Facilitated sponsorship activations at Jewel Events with broadcast rights holders ESPN, FOX, MLB Network, and Turner.

Throughout my tenure with the Celtics, I managed all company marketing activities (sponsorship promotions—online sweepstakes, retail promotions, in-arena theme nights, grassroots programs) and sponsorship inventory; I leveraged my abilities to create robust marketing strategies aligned with company sales objectives. I routinely project managed big game nights and special events (Black History Month, Pepsi opening night, etc), Composed scripts for TV and radio announcements during games. Additionally, I fostered strong client relationships with Pepsi, Reebok, FOX Sports Net NE, and Citizens Bank. I am extremely proud of my contributions to raising over $1M during charity benefit efforts.
