I'm inspired everyday to support the wide range of music, dance and performance art presented at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco . I've enjoyed growing our profile and offerings and I welcome the challenges and the rewards working for the public good. I currently manage the production of conferences, musical and theatrical events and numerous programs at the Asian Art Museum. I am instrumental in applying new methodologies and technologies for signal distribution, digital signage, and digital media at the museum.My experience includes:Managing crews for a variety of programs and events; from small receptions to large conferences and galas supervising over 20 technicians and interfacing with catering teams.Manage vendor/customer services, and offer solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. - I am the Production Manager for special events, scheduling and managing a team of six staff technicians as well as freelance crew. I coordinate audiovisual services for public programs and special events, trustee board.
