• Working Closely with Product management team to align development team towards project priorities• Understanding business requirements, break down requirements into user stories and define acceptance criteria.• Managing and prioritizing the scrums backlog and work with the team to plan stories for upcoming sprints.• Projecting like customer proxy for the development team and provide necessary support to understand requirements.• Managing end to end traceability of business requirements from initial scoping through solution design, quality assurance and delivery.• Taking decisions for any challenges faced which has risk of revising scope as defined during project execution and proactively communicate the same to client and get sign off.• Working closely with testing team to ensure adequate coverage of test plans mapped to user stories and perform ad hoc testing.• Helping technical team to perform Unit Testing to ensure development has been done as per defined user stories.• Review and sign-off system manual documentation and release notes.• Participating in sprint planning, daily scrums, testing, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
