• Managed multiple software release testing projects. Which required, clear communication on project timelines, allocation of resources based on a variety of factors, and reporting of bugs and their impact. • Automated data collection and processing from test result tracking software usong python, reducing task time by an hour each day.• Created a python UI that sent requests to warehouse tracking software that controlled autonomous mobile robots to significantly speed up systems testing.• Developed high coverage automated test cases in python to eliminate need for manual test cases. • Conducted branch and integration testing for autonomous mobile robots and warehouse monitoring software.• Troubleshot and solved a wide variety of issues with the AMR’s reducing software developer effort. • Designed, programmed, and built PLC’s that interfaced with warehouse monitoring software and simulated customer environments or other automated solutions. • Assisted with a product installation to teach implementation teams about the latest software and hardware.

First Term (May 2017-August 2017) - Assisted in the building and qualification of a manufacturing cell that was installed in a manufacturing facility in Mexico. Used a variety of precise measuring techniques and worked with lab technicians to accurately and efficiently measure parts. Worked effectively with engineers and machinists to modify and shim tooling to ensure quality parts were produced.Second Term (January 2018-May 2018) - Assigned to analyze and improve an automotive manufacturing cell. Gathered data on cycle times, downtime, and scrap to determine the most effective and efficient way to improve the cell. Worked with upper management, technicians, and operators to implement improvements to the manufacturing cell. The greatest improvement reduced the cycle time of a Tanac winder (two parts per cycle) from 45 seconds to 41 seconds, increasing the cell output by 15 parts per hour. Third Term (August 2018-December 2018) - There were no electrical engineering co-ops hired for this work term, therefore I chose to perform the duties of an electrical co-op. I was assigned to wire complex electrical panels on existing and new stations using electrical diagrams, as well as, powering up and debugging the system. I designed a test fixture to clamp three different solenoids during a resistance and hi-pot test. Due to my expertise in programming the Tanac winder, I was continuously tasked to create programs for existing parts and parts in development. **Performance evaluations for all three terms are available by request.
