I am an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience advising, starting, investing in, growing and selling companies in the business data, technology and human capital markets. I have had a successful track record and look forward to advising companies on their growth and go to market strategies and potential partnerships or exits for their businesses. Our API enriches large datasets of existing, but outdated company data. We have over 50 customers and several use cases in the Insurance and financial sectors. I founded JL Advisory in 2018 after seeing a need for a firm focused on the mid market in the human capital, software, technology enabled services, and data verticals. I couple my market expertise and extensive network to stay constantly in touch with strategic and financial buyers and sellers. I focus on understanding clients’ strategic objectives, helping to identify specific opportunities in the market both for growth through acquisitions and/or to dispose of certain non-core assets. Additionally, a long history with assisting early stage and growth companies provides access to a unique network of potential targets for acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.In my spare time I sit on the Board of the American Youth Soccer Organization in Chappaqua, NY. I have started and run several recreational programs for children with special needs. Finally, I was the co-founder of an annual fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, raising awareness and funds for epilepsy research. I currently live with my wife and three daughters in Westchester, NY.
