I Have overseen national claims programs for self-insureds and foreign insurers and acted as a regional training coordinator for a major insurer. I Conduct seminars and classes on insurance coverage analysis and risk transfer issues as an approved CE instructor in several states. I am a past President of the Construction Defect Claim Manager Association and sit on the Construction Claims Advisory Board for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance as well as serving as Dean for the School of Construction for CLM's Claims College.
