I’m currently the Logistics and Warehouse Manager at Only Alpha Pool Products. No finished goods leave our 250,000 square foot factory/warehouse without me knowing about it. I also work in conjunction with a 3PL booking shipments and loading said shipments and alongside our Truckload Carrier Landstar. Some of my daily duties are as follows, payroll, loading and unloading of finished goods and raw materials. Final checks of finished goods along with delegating duties and responsibilities to my team. I also manage a small fleet of drivers both CDL B and A. I manage all HOS, ELD’s, maintenance on equipment, and handle all training and onboarding of new drivers and am proficient in Novatime and NetSuites.

I was the make it all happen cog for all our city drivers and their respective deliveries. I setup routes for 13 city drivers and 120 bills daily. I unloaded and loaded trailers daily, and worked in a very hectic time sensitive environment making sure all inbound freight was scanned, processed, loaded in order, and ready for the mandated 8:30 cut time for the Fort Wayne end line terminal. I had to manage drivers hours, print off paperwork, perform multiple duties around the terminal including basic maintenance on forklifts, cleaning, customer service and reconsignment duties.
