I am privileged to lead the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, one of the most important business groups in Quebec and a crucial catalyst for fostering economic growth in Montérégie and the metropolitan region.My primary responsibilities include bringing together and representing our esteemed members, advocating for their interests on key issues, establishing strategic partnerships, promoting economic development, supporting local businesses, and creating an environment conducive to innovation and growth.I am actively involved in advancing three critical priority areas:1. Infrastructure and Connectivity:I collaborate closely with local stakeholders, government entities at all levels, and transportation agencies to promote infrastructure investment, alleviate traffic congestion, and enhance connectivity between various business centers in the metropolitan region.2. Destination Promotion:Working in partnership with local stakeholders, I am committed to showcasing the unique experiences offered by our region. By strengthening the positioning and attractiveness of Montérégie, we establish it as a significant hub within Quebec, attracting businesses and visitors alike.3. Innovation and Industrial Clusters:Through close collaboration with local businesses, academic institutions, research organizations, funders, and acceleration programs, I actively promote innovation, attract investment, and facilitate the growth of priority industrial clusters in Montérégie and the greater metropolitan area.With fourteen years of experience in the professional services industry, I am renowned for my mobilizing leadership style. I hold degrees in both International Law and Literature and have previously worked with organizations focused on international affairs. Prior to that, I spent a decade in higher education.My diverse professional background encompasses expertise in business strategy and positioning, public and government relations, and the pursuit of structuring business opportunities.
