Key processes supported include screen print and placement (ASM DEK & Siplace); soldering including reflow, wave, and selective (Kurtz Ersa); inspection SPI/AOI (Koh Young); test solutions including flying probe and in circuit test (Acculogic); laser marking, board routing, and conveyors (Conveyor Technologies; and solder paste, fluxes, and adhesive materials (Heraeus).
