Oversaw the design activities (information architecture, layout, vendor liaison, lifecycle management) for eEngineering Portal, a web portal servicing the Chrysler Engineering community, receiving in excess of 1,000 visits daily. Directed the coordination and publication of web portal content. Assisted management and members of PDIT to effectively communicate with the Chrysler Engineering community, as well as internally and with other Corporate departments. Aligned the PDIT communication staff to assist with the above activities as appropriate.

Participated in the definition and documentation of a process within the Technical Computer Center (TCC) that aligned with a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy. Actively involved in initiatives driven by the communication and marketing strategy. Took part in the development and interviewing of a Customer Focus Group. Participated in website information architecture, layout and lifecycle management of the new TCC website.
