Oversaw $20M project portfolio comprised of 40+ simultaneous small capital un-nested/nested multi-site industrial and chemical construction projects at notable clients, ranging from $75k - $5M each. ♦Manage 10 direct reports; cost analyst and onsite leads/superintendents with up to 160 indirect reports to drive execution of small-scale industrial construction projects, installing new/additional pumps and piping for various chemical units to increase monthly production. Oversee decommissioning of old or inoperative equipment.♦Work with prospective customers on pre-bid job walks to review project requirements. ♦Devise and submit Request for Quote (RFQs) package; compile requirements for proposal estimates, pricing structure/schedules.♦Obtain customer approval, sign off for new business focus on securing brand loyalty.♦Prospect for new business, identify upsell opportunities with existing customers on projects <$5M.♦Communicate with Purchasing Team/subcontractors on logistics to procure material/equipment purchases.♦Initiate change orders to protect contractor interest, increase project revenue and ensure customer requirements are exceeded.♦Facilitate financials; project costing, analysis, budget alignment. Ensure employees, vendors, suppliers funds are disbursed, and AR invoices are accurately submitted to customers for payment.♦Perform weekly forecast, schedule team reviews to monitor budgets/schedule deadlines. Prepare monthly financial reporting to leadership team.♦Track progress between internal project team and customer construction personnel, proactively mitigating risks. ♦Serve as customer partner, fostering valuable relationships. Travel to job site to evaluate, recommend improved or revise solutions, ensure goals are met.♦Hold weekly status meetings with stakeholders on metrics, budgets, timelines.♦Ensure OSHA/HSE compliance and confirm Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) safety precautions are adhered to for extremely hazardous materials.
