Following 13-years at Hewlett-Packard as a project manager, I became an instructor at Oregon State University in the College of Business. I supervise student TAs and internships, orient new faculty, and coordinate and teach the Strategic Management capstone. I also have developed and taught courses in Organizational Behavior, International Business, Ethics, Professional Development, Business Analysis and Communication, and the Capstone Project for the Organizational Leadership MBA. I have experience in face-to-face, hybrid, and online teaching environments and have worked extensively with foreign language learners. I have received four Quality Matters (QM) certifications for online course development, and am a certified QM Peer Reviewer. I champion affordable learning through authoring two OER textbooks, strategic management and business writing style guide, and authoring, adapting, or adopting OER course materials for most of my courses.
