Example projects:- Validation of assessment and selection program for predicting job performance of 616 new hires over 5 years for a national exercise equipment manufacturer. As a result, found extensive validity evidence for their selection process, resulting in higher performing employees that were less likely to voluntarily leave the organization.- Reviewed and evaluated 7 tests of general mental ability for a country in the Middle East for use as a benchmarking model, providing guidance for them to create and implement a test of GMA that could be used for selection across all of their civil service jobs in the government. - Performed factor analyses for the creation of a technical manual to assess item loadings of a custom developed selection instrument comprised of 16 core psychological personality traits and 17 complex work-oriented attributes. Managed and analyzed a multifaceted database consisting of 132,000 test takers, resulting in evidence supporting the factor structure of the instrument, as well as other psychometric information.
