Responsible for adding and disconnecting of DS1/DS3 special access circuits to cell sites via SBC, Verizon, and Various other ILEC's. Worked as part of an MTNO team that executed the T1/T3 rolls for green dollar savings. Also worked with CFA and Address validation methods to ensure a correct ASR is placed initially to avoid delay of the DS1's being delivered. Ability to track and escalate various order statuses (jeopardy or SLA's not met) of ASR's to ensure timely receipt of FOC and delivery of T1/T3. Generated multiple tracking spreadsheets to keep management up to date on the T1/T3 orders being managed. Worked with multiple project managers simultaneously in the submitting of the orders. Managed the provisioning on multiple projects at once. Utilized Granite/Xpercom database to maintain records of paths and segments related to the orders being worked. Familiar with bulk provisioning and updating of circuits and building of equipment within Granite/Xpercom database, as well as Xng). Issued work orders to the field and any other appropriate parties for the turn up of special access circuits.

Served as a senior line medic of a company of 100+ soldiers where responsible for the medical readiness and treatment of that element. Trained in combat medicine and field surgical procedures. Promoted to a non commissioned officer and was transferred to the position of Aid Station NCOIC, where I was responsible for the medical readiness and treatment of over 700 soldiers in the battalion. A majority of time spent training and educating my soldiers to the highest standard of medical care, and military professionalism. Solely responsible for 24 medics, 1 aid station pharmacy, and $1,000,000+ worth of medical equipment and supplies. Served as hospital liaison for the aid station, which ensured the aid station was kept in stock of all supplies and medications that were required. Worked along side, and aided, the aid station’s Physician Assistant. Delegated the given workload to the other leaders that fell under my responsibility, so that they could distribute the work amongst the other soldiers. Ultimately accountable for the maintenance, service, and mandatory functionality of four field ambulance, the aid station, and our pharmacy.
