Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Guatemala) conducting training for implementation of legal standards with an emphasis on standardization. Achievements: - Drafted an advocacy plan to engage stakeholders of Argentina to work together in upcoming criminal legal reforms. - Planned key policy goals to engage the justice leaders of Salta, Argentina, to support the Supreme Court in the implementation of the federal criminal reform during 2018-2019. - Analyzed data to write a report on the quality of digital justice in the Americas. Supervised a team of 8 interns collecting data. - Co-authored a systematic review of Legal Needs Surveys carried out worldwide. - Edited a book on the impact of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights decisions on local courts of sixteen LatAm countries. - Coordinated a project financed by the German International Agency for Development and Cooperation - GIZ that evaluated how to achieve SDG 16 in Access to Justice and Rule of Law. Edited a book on the topic, and a paper published by LIT Verlag in Switzerland. - Coordinated a project with the Ministry of Interior, Uruguay (2017), consisting in training and deploying technical assistance for the implementation of the criminal reform. - Coordinated a project with the United Nations and the U.S. Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, to support the implementation of the Federal Criminal Justice Reform in Argentina.
