I recently graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH, with a Master's in Science in Organizational Leadership and expected to Graduate from the Program in late March of this year. Prior to Graduate School, I attended Southern New Hampshire University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Organizational Leadership in May 2009.I while working on my Master Degree, I was employed with SNHU's Office of Residence Life as a Resident Assistant in Washington Hall, one of our traditional freshman housing options. Prior to this year, I have been assigned to Apartment style housing, Suite style housing, and Specialty Housing Options including SNHU's Substance Free Housing known as the Wellness Floor.Recently, I was a Customer Service Supervisor with Whole Foods Market at Charles River Plaza, which is right in the Heart of Boston's Beacon Hill and West End. I started with Whole Foods Market in January of 2012 as a Customer Service Team Member. Through my hard work and dedication, I was promoted to supervisor in May with the confidence of my fellow team members behind me. On April 1st, I transfer to Whole Foods Market in Brookline as a Customer Service Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for me to help open a brand new location with the added responsibilities of training a brand new team, help build a new relationship with the neighborhood, and learning new responsibilities to take that next step. In July 2013, I was selected to become the Customer Service Associate Team Leader in Jamaica Plain. I have now come full circle and return to the place I started my WFM journey, Charles River Plaza, as a Customer Service Associate Team Leader. Whole Foods Market is honestly the best company I have ever worked for and I having a blast working for them.
