From Product Manager I moved back to Product Engineer as I realized I wanted to work more on data analysis, algorithm development etc.I continued support on the ballistocardiography product as I had deep knowledge in it:- Algorithms to help customer's to achieve more and easier (Matlab, Python)- New cloud platform for data recording, analyzing and testing algorithms. In this I used Python + Flask to create the webpage and supporting system.My work evolved to include also other Murata's products and I'm still focusing on algorithm development. In addition, I work in creating demos of our MEMS sensors for our sales to utilize in customer visits and exhibitions. The aim with the demos is to combine our sensor and algorithm knowledge to create a "mock-up" of potential and interesting applications.

As I had worked in developing the product I had good knowledge of everything related to the product: from the inner workings to the customer level. In Product Manager role I still had some product engineer responsibilities, including, algorithm development, product testing, data analysis. However, my main work aimed more to support sales, customer visits (Mostly in Europe and Asia), pricing etc.

My job was to develop novel systems that utilize Murata's MEMS sensors. The work included multiple aspects of product development and customer/sales support:- PCB design- Manufacturing: (hand soldering etc.)- Embedded programming (C)- Data collection (Python + Matlab)- Algorithms & data analysis (Matlab)- Sales support (creating presentations, visiting customers, exhibitions etc.)In later stage of the Development Engineering position my work was aimed more and more to Murata's new ballistocardiography product, in which I was part of the algorithm design, software design, customer visits etc., thus when the development project resulted in a product, I moved with the product to a Product Manager role.
