This role certainly helped me gain a very good understanding of the more technical sides of business finance, and this is knowledge I have been able to use to good effect with subsequent roles and business interactions.

A branch based retail client based role during which I was responsible for managing sales growth across a number of areas, such as secured and unsecured lending, investments, insurance, savings, current accounts facilities and credit cards. A valuable experience in the world of face to face sales and client management, with a good deal of time also spent in problem solving, account security, customer service and complaint resolution.
