I have experience in all aspects of human resources including talent management, succession planning, performance management, colleague development, coaching leaders, compensation (short and long term incentive/stock), compensation design, benefits, job evaluation and classification, HR strategy and workforce planning, talent acquisition (experienced and campus), & diversity and inclusion programs.I have industry experience and client relationships in Insurance services, Financial Services, Consulting and Advisory. My clients have been professional services leaders in accounting, advisory, consulting, risk management, insurance, brokerage, finance, technology, and analytics/actuarial as well as core business services.I have more than ten years of experience in global roles and supported up to 2,500 employees spanning 40 countries. I have lived in and worked from Texas, New York, London, and Chicago. In my 15 years at MMC, I led international Human Resources teams; managing HR business partners based in US, UK, Latin America served a global population. At another firm, I led a team of 15 providing HR services to a consulting group spanning the Midwest of the United States. I am known as one who is conscientious, honest, trustworthy, and for having a very direct approach in dealing with people.
