Conduct and document the interactive process with employees calling out or leaving work early for reasons protected under state and federal law (FMLA, PDL, Kin Care, etc.). Audit attendance transactions, maintains all attendance investigation reports, and executes disciplinary outcomes in consultation with the department and Attendance Administration Supervisor. Assist with coordinating disciplinary processes (warnings, suspensions, terminations)- Leave of Absence (LOA) - Process leave of absence & accommodation requests in accordance with FMLA, CFRA, ADA and other applicable laws & guidelines. Monitor applicable leave of absence/accommodation requests with the employee on a monthly basis via telephone and written correspondences. - Employee Relations- Handle investigations regarding disciplinary actions, harassment issues, employee conduct, grievances, and attendance related issues. Conduct Suspension meetings with employees and managers. Provide support and counseling assistance as well to employees and management in employee or management issues guided by the company’s policies and labor law regulations related to employee relations, attendance, and leaves of absences.
