Mr. Trimble has been a shareholder at RTZ Law since 1996. Mark’s practice focuses on litigation, which includes insurance defense, products liability, business matters and construction disputes. He has a very active trial practice, in which he has tried over 200 jury trials. At one point, he won 72 consecutive jury trials. He has won over 95% of his jury trials. Mark has fostered an aggressive approach to trial preparation by developing a mutually agreed to strategy with each client for each case. This success has been achieved while attempting to minimize the cost to the client.Mark is an active member of the Toledo community, lending his time and talents to several organizations including, the Toledo Area Small Business Association Board. the Toledo Chamber of Commerce Leadership Committee and the Governmental Affairs Committee and the board of the Greater Toledo Aquatic Club which is a USAA, all age swim club.
