  Nick joined RCMTZ in 1992 and became a shareholder in 1993. Nick brought to the firm his extensive background in the representation of closely held businesses, which he gained as a partner at Gressley, Kaplin & Parker. Nick was named served as Secretary Treasurer of the firm in 1993, and has continued to expand his commercial, tax and estate practice. In 1999 he took and passed the Florida bar and has been a member in good standing since, focusing on probate and real estate mostly for Ohio residents with connections in Florida.In 2011 and 2012 he was elected Chairman of the Toledo Chamber of Commerce. He still serves on the Board of Trustees for the Chamber. He has been active in the Chamber for many year serving on many committees and as chairman of the small business division of the Chamber (TASBA).
