I work with aquatic clients to provide lifeguarding, water safety and learn-to-swim courses. My American Red Cross Instructor Trainer certifications, marketing and management background in addition to my drive to provide superior customer service all enable me to help my clients achieve high standards and effective operations. Spending quality instruction time in the water is my true passion and teaching parents and infants, youth and adults how to swim brings me great joy.As a marketing and aquatics consultant, my career spans both the private and public sectors. My role as Director of Communications for a school district in West Virginia and as Communications Coordinator for a Colorado school district honed my skills in community engagement, event planning, and brand development. Both communications positions increased my exposure to developing continued relationships with local, regional, and national media; developing strategic plans and organizational vision; event strategies; overseeing website development; web management, budget expenditures, and grant writing.
