I have 38 years of experience in the management of excellent facilities, successful programs, unique events, and great people. In my current role as Recreation Manager for the City of Greeley, I oversee one half of the department's operations which includes the Greeley Ice Haus, Active Adult Center, and the Sports/Programs/Adaptive-Inclusive Recreation teams. My team consists of 12 full-time staff, 150 part-time staff, and hundreds of volunteers. The budgets I oversee exceed $2.3 million.

The facility's infrastructure and amenities were in need of attention and a comprehensive capital projects plan was implemented to address these areas.
