I was responsible for analysis, interpretation and reporting of marketing activities, processing data on the effectiveness of mentor & volunteer recruitment and retention. The most recent project was analysing, interpreting and reporting on the engagement, attainment, achievement and post school destinations of all the young people supported by the programme. My work has been used to emphasise the effectiveness of the programme for the board report, impact report and the MCR National Conference. I was also responsible for building systems that would support the long-term growth of the programme expanding data needs.

I was responsible for the creation and implementation of a modern practical english curriculum in central China. Creating and deploying materials through classic classroom environments as well as implementing an E-Learning network. The largest project I undertook here was updating and reworking of the english curriculum across multiple school to reflect modern China and it's place in the world. We develop educational tools that focused on international content and culture while also making it fun and accessible for the customers to easily learn at their own pace. My role in the was to road map the learning process, set and achieve project milestones, and refine the curriculum till the clients needs where accomplished consistently.
