Front Of House & Reservations Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to contribute to helping to run and maintain a professional reception desk and Front of House area at all times, as well as undertaking switchboard and managing meeting room reservations. Spread across two buildings with four areas of Front of House, the role includes meeting and greeting all internal and external clients in reception according to relevant procedures. Ensuring the 35 client rooms and different client lounge areas are prepared, vacated on time and maintained with necessary equipment and stationary. Teamwork includes liaising with Hospitality, General Office, Security, IT and other areas of the Firm to provide a smooth running service area. Additionally to this role is processing and managing meeting room reservations accurately and efficiently, and operating the Switchboard to professionally receive, screen and redirect calls as required and taking concise messages when appropriate. Systems used are Microsoft Office, Outlook, Manhattan Room booking and ARC Console switchboard systems to undertake the Front of House responsibilities.
