CurrentSuccessfully taught Integrated Science in a rotating seventh & eighth grade loop of diverse students ranging from 140-160 students per year.Evaluated individual social, emotional and academic needs of students to ensure their success throughout their middle school career.Maintained impeccable records of attendance, grades, and individual performance. Students continually scored exceedingly above average on the Science DCAS (Delaware Comprehensive Assessment System) and consistently exceed set Measure C Growth Goals (Delaware).Successfully lead 7th and 8th grade teaching team as Co-Team Leader, a Delaware Science Olympiad Coach and the Science Fair Coach for Fifer Middle School.Mentored aspiring teachers from local Colleges.
