Job Description: Responsible for training employees on platforms, concepts, and processes. Serve as a content manager through the development of job aides, courses, and presentation decks.I managed multiple training projects simultaneously for nine Equifax products using the Workfront Project Management tool. I met with stakeholders across multiple business units to assess and improve existing training materials. I developed facilitator guides and presentation aides for in person learning opportunities, as well as self-guided online courses. I delivered training content, scheduled classes, and managed new hire cohorts through documenting attendance, updating the gradebook, assessing learning outcomes, and resolving system access issues.

Job Description: The Assistant Director for Campus Life is an integral part of the Department of Campus Life achieving its mission of empowering students to discover and define themselves and their communities through advising, programs and resources. The Assistant Director for Campus Life directly provides education and programming to the Sorority and Fraternity Life (SFL) community. This role will build relationships with staff and students across the fraternity and sorority community in order to have a broad and deep understanding of community/ national trends to inform our education and programming efforts.

Job Description: An integral member of the graduate programs team that serves as an academic advisor for full-time MBA degree candidates and works with Olin and university students and student organizations.I served as an academic advisor and subject matter expert to approximately 30% of the full-time MBA degree candidates. I provided general academic, program, and university support, including leading in program priorities areas and initiatives and maintained external relationships for existing programs. I assisted with the delivery of Olin-wide student group leadership trainings and activities. I met with prospective students and represented the program by presenting to audiences and serving on occasional university-wide initiatives

Job Description: To enhance the development of critical Member Development initiatives that amplify student learning objectives, enhance the development of leadership competencies, and focus on improving the overall wellness of Phi Kappa Psi undergraduate members.I created two New Member Orientation Pilot programs (10 and 21 days) as the organization looked to improve their approach to member education. I managed three groups of volunteers including: 12 traveling facilitators, 27 program facilitators, and two committee chairmen. I coordinated the 120 student Professional Development Conference including: overseeing the $215,000 budget, curriuculum development, and volunteer selection. I also developed educational resources for CliftonStrengths and academic initiatives and, served as the lead facilitator at three of the nine Regional Officer Trainings.

Job Description: Supports the mission of the Division of Student Affairs (DSA) and Student Life and Learning (SLL) by providing an extensive span of professional work in advising and programming support for students and student groups (800+) throughout the IU community, specifically with the 8,000 member fraternity and sorority community. I advised several groups of students including: six council executive board members, 13 chapter presidents, and three undergraduate interns. I manged four large scale programs for the Fraternity/Sorority community (IGEL: Indiana Greek Emerging Leaders Retreat, Greek Leadership Academy, the Greek Leadership Series, and GAAP: Greek Awards and Assessment Program) I assisted the Office of Student Conduct with investigations and hearings for greek organizations. I was trained in ASTP (Alcohol Skills Training Program) and facilitated the program for several chapters.

Job Description: The Campus Actiities Board (CAB) GA's main role is to advise two or more student chairpersons in planning a portion of 120+ events, budgeting, communicating professionally, and to provide them with other developmental opportunities. The GA's role also consists of supporting the Assistant Director and Coordinator in administrative duties such as budgeting, record keeping and developing trainings to develop the chairpersons within CAB. The GA will perform other duties as assigned I coordinated Springfest, entertainment, recreation and engaging issues events and advised the undergraduate chairpersons of those committees. I managed several budgets ranging from $3,000 - $65,000. I created marketing plans and advertising for events using Adobe Photoshop and Indesign. I also evaluated programs and researched trends to effectively meet the needs of our students.
