I’m an experienced HR professional based in Oxfordshire, covering the UK and increasingly outside of the UK. I’m driven by a sense of partnership and the desire to free people from the pain of dealing with complex people matters when they could be driving their business forwards.I set up my HR consultancy, JME HR Solutions, in 2006. Today, we’re a fully fledged one-stop shop, with a team of expert associates covering every HR specialism. We offer interim support and tailored project or ad hoc support.We have worked across many sectors in the UK and abroad for clients and with many global brands. We are all qualified CIPD practitioners and many of us are a Fellows of the CIPD. My own specialisms are in organisational change, including re-organisations and role realignment, redundancy consultation, managerial skills training, facilitation and assessment.
