I’m an experienced HR professional based in Oxfordshire, covering the UK and increasingly outside of the UK. I’m driven by a sense of partnership and the desire to free people from the pain of dealing with complex people matters when they could be driving their business forwards.I set up my HR consultancy, JME HR Solutions, in 2006. We are all qualified CIPD practitioners and many of us are a Fellows of the CIPD.
