Major accomplishments in this role:-Hale Reservation Site Map Project: Westwood, Massachusetts [2013 – 2016] Redesigned, published, and replaced Site Maps for print and online viewing. - Land Planning and Development Visualization: Wiscasset, Maine [2015 – 2016] Produced a 3D land elevation and use map to allow the client to develop the plot based upon the terrain of the land.- MFR Restaurant Group: Tucson, Arizona [2009 – 2015] Provided expertise to a group that opened 5 unique restaurant concepts, from the ground up, over the span of 5 years. I was integrally involved with the design, feel, and flow of each restaurant. - Los Gemelos “Pop-Up” Restaurant: Tucson, Arizona [April 2013] Co-Creator. Developed the concept, wrote the neuvo-mexican menu, created and executed interior design, and executed the concept.

Became a valuable asset to her and tackled projects that were previously backlogged.  Georeferenced and clipped a multitude of 1978 aerial photography to produce a complete orthophoto mosaic and reference GIS layer, for the state of New York, that is used to determine the change in the water table for Lake Ontario. Prepared historical data research and GIS mapping for litigation at several US sites for, client, HydroAnalysis.

 Provided high level guest services in dynamic, high-volume environments.  Led a team comprised of Back Servers, Bussers, Food Runners, Bartenders, Kitchen & Floor Managers. Established clear, open communication with the team. Working as an independent consultant, I was in charge of both the creative development and execution of their Blueprint Project. I worked with raw data in ArcMap 9.3 and digitized specific features to create autonomous layers of information that could be navigated by the user. The final product was converted into an AutoCad readable format for engineers.

My work for Edelwein OG has allowed me to incorporate multiple interests into a single endeavor. As consultant to this startup, I have been involved in business development, brand marketing, market evaluation, and product description. I drew on my extensive career in the wine and food industry to advise Edelwein OG on the most feasible business model and to develop a competitive product.
