My day-to-day duties included serving as the project lead on customer forms management application development and implementation, forms management solution sales, marketing materials development (content and design), forming technical plans to meet company objectives, functional specification creation, and serving as the liaison between customers and our Marketing and IT departments.

My responsibilities included maintaining existing payroll and human resources support applications. These applications consisted of ASP web pages, which use XML and DB2 database technologies. Maintenance issues were time-sensitive and could have affected everyone from store-level associates to corporate employees if not resolved quickly and effectively.
