Through my career, I have handled site acquisitions for corporately owned (including private equity) and franchised locations from 1,000 to 70,000 square feet. New store roll-outs are one of my specialties as well as overseeing the lease administration and re-negotiations for existing locations. I have prospected and analyzed commercial lease transactions in 24 states and the District of Columbia, successfully closing retail and restaurant deals in 22 of the top 35 markets in the U.S. I understand the dynamics, negotiations and contracts necessary to make complex deals for retail development. I am a transaction ambassador for those I represent, who has cultivated relationships nationally with property owners, brokers and retailers to get the inside scoop on development sites. I have made deals and presentations at ICSC conferences in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, Orlando, South Florida, Tampa and Washington, DC.
