• Responsible for designing and executing a strategy that ensures our external and internal clients receive repeatable and reliable infrastructure services (hosted applications, network, desktop, data center, etc.) • Provide high quality support for incidents and issues that are escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure support teams.• Manage total IT Infrastructure budget while leveraging cost efficiencies in partnership with other departments, organizations, and leaders • Collaborate with our Products and IT Applications organizations to ensure a strong alignment (strategy, goals, objectives, measurements, etc.) that enables us to collectively meet customer and organizational goals • Provide leadership to manage core (Data Center, LAN/WAN, server, storage, desktop, collaboration, AV, etc.) and supporting technology (monitoring, management utilities, and 3rd party applications).• Define adoption strategies to ensure business unit Service Level agreements are met and costs are aligned with services requested.• Actively manage the infrastructure project portfolio with prioritization standards and alignment to strategic business objectives.• Ensure the effective application of standards, controls and best practices. Work in conjunction with the Information Security team to meet requirements. • Establish and evolve the long term infrastructure roadmap/blueprint and continually review/update to always be in sync with evolving business needs.• Develop technical and leadership talent, performance management and coaching/mentoring • Partner with various business and technology leaders in other business units and/or geographies to drive enterprise initiatives • Continually evaluate new industry trends in infrastructure services, technologies and partners. Drive innovation in the environment and leverage outsource partner for ideas and resources.
