Responsible for the oversight of HelloSpoke Notify, an innovative tool designed to make maintenance for apartment communities easier by leveraging generative AI & LLM's to produce a superior resident experience.My role includes establishing a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for each product as well as managing the micro including backlogs, requirements, POC's, and our development team to ensure consistent and incremental releases.I created all Product and Development processes from the ground up resulting in a successful product launch. I continue to grow the team and optimize the Product and development lifecycle as needed for optimal value and growth.

Worked closely with the Director of the Nature Preserve to re-brand and fully redesign the Preserve’s website. Utilized Word Press and plugins to install an infrastructure for easier Event, Donation and Newsletter management. Additionally, through collaboration with the Nature Preserve and external graphic designers, established a new brand for the Nature Preserve, including a new Logo and entirely redesigned front-end for the website.

Participated in workshops through Startup UC & The Bearcat Launchpad regarding target market fit, value proposition, and catering to consumer needs. Learned to develop a Business Model Canvas and effectively implement the Lean Startup ideology to ensure company growth. Met weekly with local mentors at the HCDC to discuss entrepreneurial efforts, spoke with investors and specialists in startup fundraising in order to gain further insight.

Reworked multiple internal processes resulting in over 130 upgraded stores. Facilitated and managed the Wireless Internet Upgrade project through price quoting, equipment management and working as a liaison between stores and the technician vendor. Additionally automated the WiFi quoting process by converting an Excel spreadsheet into an Access Database with custom SQL to automatically customize and create pricing quotes for the stores. Saved weeks of individually pricing equipment for each store

Limelight Gaming is an online community with around 30,000 registered users. Worked with a diverse global team to be ensure the overall integrity of the sites is protected, promote steady growth of the consumer base, support consumer requests and manage consumer feedback. Additionally, proposed a business structure rework that resulted in higher efficiency, more users and overall company growth. Specific tasks included:- Marketing campaigns through social media- Marketing research to specify target audience- Ensure legal standing (Tax Forms, Filing with Companies House)- Transaction management- Promoting of general business efficiency

A passion project throughout Highschool & College. Created an online product that allowed gamers to connect with online communities. Gamers were able to view hundreds of online communities ranked by other gamers. Communities were able to advertise and gain new members. I worked on this for several years with freelance developers whom I met through gaming, who helped bring my vision to life.
