Communicating work orders to technicians and assisting management in resolving problems. • Providing/updating reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor. •Maintaining files on work orders, proposals, and department files. •Partnering with vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processing invoices and ensures proper cost center coding. • Assist with process and procedure training. • Create proposals for out-of-scope work. • Create and Issue POs to vendors. Also coordinate dates and time for work to be completed based on client need and availability. • Other duties as assigned.
