I was lucky enough to meet Johanna on my first day at DailyPay, where she made everyone feel so welcome with her natural friendliness, while ensuring everything worked as it should with her innovative problem-solving skills. I had the privilege of working with Johanna on several projects in my trainer role, and you couldn't ask for a more communicative, solution-focused, and positive teammate! She is incredibly responsive and she excels naturally when given a challenge. She worked collaboratively and instated methodologies and procedures we still use due to how well they work. I can tell a dozen stories about how astounding she has adapted to change and how everything you ask her to do gets done amazingly well - documentation, graphics, announcements, workplace experiences, managing people, technology, and anything that happens when making sure everyone on the floor has what they need - to name a few. It was no surprise to anyone that she quickly got promoted twice. She demonstrated with her actions how willing she is to go above and beyond, and smoothly managed major meetings and brought exciting and fun experiences to all of us at DailyPay in both of her promoted roles. It's clear to see she was picked for roles that needed someone to manage and navigate the complexity of taking on many different tasks because she does it so well. She has worked so hard behind the scenes so everything went smoothly and put in extra time and effort to ensure it. On top of all of that, her spirited and sincere kindness makes it a true joy to work with her. The gift of feeling like you belong was given to every person she interacts with - I know, because I saw her greet and welcome dozens of trainees I was training in, and she always left a smile on their faces. Anyone I spoke to always had nothing but positive things to say about her. A lot about Johanna is difficult capture in words, but I think the word that comes to mind when I think of Johanna the most is gratitude.
