This includes designing, implementing and managing a large online Kanban which replaced hundreds of files, thousands of emails and shared our knowledge with the wider team. Supporting the operational activities of RBS’ Telecoms & Cabling department. Managing customer requests and issuing work orders to the cabling contractors whilst maintaining a work order system and tracking SLA performance.

Position involved the consolidation and storing of electrical and paper based wellsite reports including logging data in the Microstation format.Also completed a workflow project where I documented the information flows and stores and implemented improvements which were well received by the office and rig based teams.
