• IT Solutions Manager for the past 5 years in the Manufacturing Workstream leading a team of IT professionals on Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning system, Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management system, and multiple jBase systems.• Instrumental in the global deployment of the cloud-based Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management System managing an internal team and contractors. • Application SME for the Product Lifecycle Management pod focusing on global jBase integration, POD SME for the Inventory Maintenance and Control Pod focused on the organization’s inventory management processes across multiple sites.• Main IT support and SME for Purchasing, Raw Material Warehouse, Incoming Quality Control, and Accounts Payable.• Have worked on multiple systems within Cook including Raw Materials and Purchasing, Incoming QC, Manufacturing, Inventory Ordering Priority System, Accounts Payable, Work Order and Purchase Order Imaging, Post Sterilization Services, Sterilization, and the North American Distribution Center system.• Created, and supported for 9 years, a global Raw Materials Web Ordering system that is integrated with Navision and other local jBase systems.• Created a physical inventory process for the European and North American Distribution Centers.• Lead a team to convert Cook Myosite’s Purchasing and Raw Materials system into Cook Inc.’s system.• Lead a team project to create a demand-based inventory system for all internal inventories. This saved departments 27 hours a week ordering materials.• Lead a project for the finished goods distribution center to be able to print labels for products to make it through customs in Venezuela with a deadline of one month to have programming, testing and appropriate documentation finished.• Have assisted in providing support to the Raw Materials warehouse moving locations twice.• Worked on creating a system for Cook Pharmica to be able to process and ship IVF Media through the NADC system.
