Responsible for fielding inbound/outbound calls to members who have past due loans and/or credit cards, provided financial counseling and scheduling repayment plans in accordance to NFCU policies and guidelines as well as federal regulations, offered assistance (extensions/refinances), adhered to all Quality Assurance requirements and guidelines during each call, conducted necessary research via various skip trace tools, as well as reviewing/auditing member's payment history, worked independently as a team member

Provided excellent customer service in all areas of the branch including teller, platform, and greeter, responsible for being knowledgeable of various NFCU products and services including: checking, savings, certificates, Investment Retirement Accounts, revocable trusts and estate accounts, consumer lending products, and credit and debit cards, aided in the security of NFCU assets, handled assets by balancing cash drawers, which included cash and other negotiable cash-like instruments, obtained Level One Authority and assisted team members with overrides when necessary, maintained the Coin Machine when necessary, performed other office duties when assigned.
