I was the entire IT department. I helped to bring the company from a single store to having 13 locations spread out across three states. I was implemental in upgrading them from a Mux point to point system to an actual network running more than 300 pc’s and 4 servers. I developed a locating system for their fleet of vehicles and resolved all of their VPN issues using Sonic Wall devices. I was also solely responsible for their nightly and monthly backups as well as their phone systems both in house and cell. I worked closely with vendors to keep prices competitive and issues resolved quickly. I also aided in creating and maintaining the companies web presence and online ordering system.
