HDR | City Point Partners is a construction support services firm providing Project Controls - estimating, scheduling, risk analysis, Resident Engineering/Inspection, Public Outreach, contract and document management, and claims and change order management. HDR | City Point currently has over 40 employees who provide program management services for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance as well as other public agencies, project controls services for MassDOT, MBTA, and private clients, as well as Public Outreach on multiple transportation projects.

Now AECOM, URS was a multi-disciplinary engineering and planning firm focusing on a variety of market sectors including transportation, infrastructure, environmental and structures. Locally, their clients included federal and state government agencies as well as private clients.

Parsons Brinckerhoff, now WSP, was a Transportation, Engineering, Planning and Construction Management organization with numerous offices worldwide. I was in charge of managing the effort to bring in new work for New England through proposal writing, relationship building and strategic partnerships.

One of the leading designers and planners of Healthcare and Research facilities nationwide, Tsoi/Kobus Design is a truly national firm well known for creating award winning designs and for the high caliber of its design professionals. They chase work in Healthcare, Research and the Higher Education sectors. In this role, I wrote proposals and built relationships with clients to find new work and help the firm continue to grow.

Formerly SEi Companies and Shooshanian Engineering, this firm is now known as WSP. In this role, I helped the firm find new work through the writing of proposals or other pieces of marketing collateral or through arranging meetings with clients and prospective clients. Although they are now part of an international AE firm, this office was primarily a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing/Fire Protection engineering consulting firm in Boston that teamed with architects and real estate developers to build commercial labs, hospitals, museums, apartment buildings, office parks etc.

This was a music and video distribution company. The music was strictly the production of jazz music and the re-issuing of nostalgic french "chansons". The video was primarily special interest titles also including music but classical, opera and pop in addition to jazz. Other special interest titles including travel and health and wellness. I developed marketing strategies and found targeted sales partners that helped grow this business. This was the relatively early stages of the internet so we also figured out to best use the web to sell our products and educate our customers.

This is a small record label with international distribution that released electronic, dance and hard rock/industrial music. I managed all business affairs and marketing and management strategies.
